I am an occasional stutterer, but an amazing bilingual talent acquisition research professional (French and English) with extensive global experience covering: Africa (Francophone, Portuguese, Spanish and Anglophone markets), the Middle East, Europe and North & South America. My personality and management style can be described as a servant leader who loves to shares power, that is putting the needs of others first, while helping them to develop and perform as highly as possible. I have a track record and passion to bring strategic change from reactive to proactive recruitment culture.
